Wintergreen is an evergreen groundcover known for its red-tinted winter leaves and red winter berries.

This native, low groundcover features pendant, pink-white, bell-shaped flowers in June over glossy, thick, evergreen leaves that often have a burgundy cast. The plant will spread from underground stems and produce red berries in late fall.
