GuaranteeTree and Shrub GuaranteeHardy nursery stock is guaranteed for up to one year after purchase, providing it has been watered and maintained properly. Many failures can be avoided, so we ask that you call or stop in to see us at the first sign of decline. There are certain problems that are not covered by our guarantee. These problems include snowload, salt, ice, wind, insect damage, lack of water or animal damage. Proper planting is a must. The plant material in question must be dug and returned with the original sales receipt. However, if you are a member of our preferred customer list, and the purchase was made under your name, no receipt is required. A credit will be issued toward your next purchase. No cash refunds will be given. The following popular plants are regularly available but because they are tender, we are unable to guarantee them. This list may not be complete. Please check with the Nursery Staff to see if your plant is guaranteed.
