Returns
General Policy
Our goal is to provide quality merchandise and plant material to our customers. If a
non-plant product does not meet your expectations, and has been reasonably cared for, and
appropriately used, we will replace the item or offer a form of refund to you. If plant
material is not true to name or after appropriate care, has not performed, we will replace
the item or offer a form of refund in the original purchase amount. We cannot be
responsible for merchandise or plant material which is not used or cared for appropriately
or is affected by conditions of nature. Your sales receipt and/or the nursery guarantee
should be presented at the time of product return.
Hardgoods & Gifts
Items in unused condition, items that are defective, or items which have not performed to
the customer's expectations may be returned. If the original sales receipt is available, the
refund will be made in the original form of payment (cash, credit card, or credit to account).
If the sales receipt is not available, a house credit slip will be issued.
Nursery Stock
Guaranteed for one year from purchase provided it has been watered and otherwise properly
cared for. Excluded from this are non-guaranteed plants and special sale purchases. Nursery stock must
be dug and returned with the original receipt and
guarantee. The amount of house credit for nursery stock is always the original
purchase price of the returned plant, to be used toward replacement or other purchases.
Perennials
Guaranteed to be "true to name". Due to the nature of the plant material and so many
variables that may affect survival, perennials are not guaranteed to winter. Perennials that
fail during the season will be replaced if appropriate care has been provided.
Other Plant Material
Is guaranteed to be "true to name". Cases of failure or disease during the first 30 days
will be reviewed and may be replaced or refunded. We are not responsible for the affects
of nature.
Restocking Fees
Plant material that has not left the property, but has been charged to a customer's credit card may be returned,
but a 5% stocking fee may apply. This restocking fee is responsible for handling any credit card fees that may have occurred
and to finance the labor of replacing the plant material in our inventory.
