Customer Service Representative
Estabrook's is seeking Seasonal Customer Service Representatives for our Yarmouth location. You are the "voice" of Estabrook's and as such should always be cheerful, informed and helpful. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls while fielding questions about our products, availability, services, delivery and general inquiries. Our Customer Service Representatives are required to have strong phone and verbal skills along with active listening skills to best serve our customers. You should be able to work overtime to meet peak season needs as well as both weekday and weekend availability.
Seasonal Greenhouse Sales Representative
Estabrook's is seeking Seasonal Greenhouse Sales Representatives for both our Yarmouth and Kennebunk locations. Our Greenhouse Sales Representatives will assist customers with availability, location and selection of annual plants. You will be asked to assist our customers with basic gardening questions and help provide follow up for more involved questions. Daily responsibilities will also include general plant care, along with cleaning, organizing and rotating plant material. Strong verbal and active listening skills are a must. You should be able to work overtime to meet peak season needs as well as both weekday and weekend availability.
Nursery Sales Support
Estabrook's is seeking Seasonal Nursery Sales Support at our Yarmouth and Kennebunk locations. Our Nursery Sales Support will assist customers with plant and product locations and other basic information. You will be asked to assist our customers with basic gardening questions and help provide follow up for more involved questions. Daily responsibilities will also include general plant care, moving, stocking, cleaning, organizing and rotating plant material. You will also be expected to unload products from delivery trucks. Strong verbal and active listening skills are a must. You should be able to work overtime to meet peak season needs as well as both weekday and weekend availability.
Seasonal Delivery Driver
Estabrook's is seeking Seasonal Delivery Drivers at our Yarmouth location. Our Delivery Drivers are delivering high quality products to our customers in a safe and timely manner. You will be asked to communicate with customers prior to delivery to verify accuracy of order and delivery instructions. You will need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. You should be able to work overtime to meet peak season needs as well as both weekday and weekend availability.
Production/Yard Support
Estabrook's is seeking Seasonal Production/Yard Support at our Yarmouth and Kennebunk locations. Our Production/Yard Support will assist customers with plant and product location and other basic information. You will be asked to load bagged goods and other purchases for customers while ensuring the accuracy of product loaded along with retrieving carts and returning to the proper location to keep them readily available for customer use. Daily responsibilities will also include locating, moving, stocking, cleaning, organizing and rotating plant material and bagged material. Strong verbal and active listening skills a must. You should be able to work overtime to meet peak season needs as well as both weekday and weekend availability.
Production
Estabrook's is seeking Seasonal Production staff at our Yarmouth location. Our Production staff will transplant and perform other production work in accordance with daily directions. You will be asked to ready and organize necessary materials as needed to maximize efficiency of production. Other responsibilities will include tagging plant material, cleaning and maintaining work areas and returning unused materials to appropriate locations. Strong verbal and listening skills and the ability to follow instructions a must. You should be able to work overtime to meet peak season needs as well as both weekday and weekend availability.
Retail Sales Representative
Estabrook's is seeking Seasonal Retail Sales Representatives at our Yarmouth and Kennebunk locations. Our Retail Sales Representatives will be fielding questions from our customers about our products, availability, services and general inquiries along with acquiring a knowledge of our Point-of-Sale system to ensure accurate and efficient handling of our retail sales. You will also receive, stock, store, rotate and inventory retail merchandise and identify and communicate low-stock product and supply needs. Keeping the retail space clean, vacuumed and swept will be part of the daily responsibilities. Strong verbal and active listening skills are a must. You should be able to work overtime to meet peak season needs as well as both weekday and weekend availability.
Houseplant Specialist
Estabrook's is seeking Houseplant Specialists at our Yarmouth location. This position requires knowledge of a wide variety of indoor foliage and blooming plants. You will need to be able to identify insects and disease problems on indoor plants and offer solutions to customers. In this role you will also be responsible for the care and maintenance of our indoor plants and products, as well as the restocking of the indoor plant retail area. Additionally, you will assist customers with planting/replanting of purchases and provide custom planting services for customer owned plants. Strong verbal and active listening skills are a must. You should be able to work both weekdays as well as weekends.
