Our goal is to provide quality merchandise and plant material. If a product does not meet your expectations, or properly cared-for plant material is not true to name or does not perform, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate form of refund.

Home & garden
Items in unused condition, items that are defective, or items that have not performed to the customer's expectations may be returned.
If the original sales receipt is available, the refund will be made in the original form of payment: cash, credit card or credit to account. Without a receipt, a house credit slip will be issued.
One-year guarantee
Nursery stock is guaranteed for one year from purchase, provided it has been watered and otherwise properly cared for. Non-guaranteed plants and special sale purchases are excluded.
Plants must be dug and returned with the original receipt and guarantee. House credit is always the original purchase price of the returned plant and may be used toward a replacement or other purchases.
Seasonal coverage
Perennials are guaranteed to be true to name. Because many variables affect survival, they are not guaranteed to winter.
Perennials that fail during the season will be replaced when appropriate care has been provided.
First 30 days
Other plant material is guaranteed to be true to name. Cases of failure or disease during the first 30 days will be reviewed and may be replaced or refunded.
We are not responsible for the effects of nature.
Good to know
We cannot be responsible for merchandise or plant material that is not used or cared for appropriately, or that is affected by conditions of nature.
Plant material that has not left the property but has been charged to a customer's credit card may be returned. A 5% restocking fee may apply to cover credit card fees and the labor of returning the plant material to inventory.
