What is Estabrook's Direct?
Estabrook's Direct is an expanded online collection created with a wholesale grower. Eligible healthy nursery plants ship by parcel carrier directly to your doorstep.
How are plants shipped?
Plants are selected and inspected for health, then each plant is secured in its own tall protective live-plant box for parcel transit.
How long does shipping take?
Most plants ship 1–2 business days after ordering. Transit generally takes another 3–6 days, for an estimated total of 4–8 business days. Tracking is emailed after processing.
Where can Estabrook's Direct ship?
We ship only where regulations and transit conditions allow us to protect plant quality. We currently do not ship to Arizona, California, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Idaho, Hawaii or Alaska.
What do 8-inch, #1, #2 and #3 mean?
These labels describe approximate nursery-container sizes. A #1 container, for example, holds approximately one gallon of soil.
What should I do when my shipment arrives?
Bring boxes inside or to a protected location promptly, remove plants from their packaging, check moisture and water thoroughly when needed. Then follow our new plant care guide.
What is the refund and warranty policy?
Plants that arrive damaged may qualify for replacement when reported with supporting photos within seven days of delivery. Review the complete Direct refund and warranty policy.
